Going from Oslo to Fredrikstad 

By bus

Bus (Timeekspressen) leaves every hour from Oslo Bussterminal (centre of Oslo), and takes appr. 1.5 hours.  In Fredrikstad, the bus stop is across the street from the conference hotel.

By train
