DESCRIPTION:This workshop will examine some of the services that we pr
 ovide as a matter of routine and look at how librarian expertise\, res
 earch evidence and user feedback might combine to reshape our view of 
 what we do and how we do it. Providing a practical framework for evide
 nce based library and information practice (EBLIP) the facilitator wil
 l help participants to engage meaningfully with the evidence base in i
 nforming their day-to-day decisions.
