| Hva | This workshop will examine some of the services that we provide as a matter of routine and look at how librarian expertise, research evidence and user feedback might combine to reshape our view of what we do and how we do it. Providing a practical framework for evidence based library and information practice (EBLIP) the facilitator will help participants to engage meaningfully with the evidence base in informing their day-to-day decisions. |
