Landslaget for lokal- og privatarkiv (LLP) arrangerer landsmøte og seminar i Bergen 20. – 21. april 2010. Tema er: ”Elektroniske arkiv - bevaring og tilgjengeliggjøring.” Program og nærmere detaljer følger.

The CITRA Conference 2010

The Citra Conference will take place during the days sept 13th-sept 16th 2010. During the week the ICA Executive Board, PCOM and other ICA bodies will meet. Sections and branches will hold annual meetings and seminars. The Conference comprises issues like archives and new media practices, digital arhives - trust and repositories, records and archives in the private sector, the human rights aspect and many more.

Archives without Borders

The Congress will focus on the importance of archives for good governance in an international context, where their significance transcends national boundaries in the globalized information society. Sessions will be organized on the themes 'Archival Solidarity', 'Human Rights and Archives', 'Cross-border Archives', and 'Archives: Formation of the Nation State and National Identity'. Archives without Borders is supported by the Section of Professional Associations of the International Council on Archives (ICA/SPA).

TOGETHER FOR A SOUND VISION In 2010, IASA and the Association of Moving Image Archivists (AMIA) will come together for the first time in a joint conference. The IASA/AMIA Conference will provide an opportunity for colleagues and those interested in all aspects of the field to meet, share information and discover mutual solutions.
